Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. AMENDING and supplementing Resolution No. 855 of 2011 by transferring $2,000 from District 1 Neighborhood Needs Projects and adding that amount to Observatory Hill Inc-Old Allegheny Soccer as per the “Revised Budget” column.
