Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to execute a contribution agreement with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), to reimburse PennDOT the local share costs associated with the installation of handicap ramps on city cross streets along SR2122 (Penn Avenue-Butler Street), in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, at a cost not to exceed $42,658.44.
