Resolution approving execution of a Quit Claim Deed by and between the City of Pittsburgh and Pittsburgh Board of Education for Disposition of Three Taxing Body Parcels, Block 7-B-Lots 207B, 207C, 208A & 212, in the 21st Ward of the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Whereas, the Pittsburgh Board of Education, a partner in the Three Taxing Bodies, has requested the City to execute a Quit Claim Deed by and between the City of Pittsburgh and the Pittsburgh Board of Education, for the Disposition of Parcels Block 7-B-Lots 207B, 207C, 208A & 212, in the 21st Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, for the sum of $1.00.
Whereas, the City Solicitor and the Finance Director are authorized to prepare the aforementioned Deed; and
Whereas, the Council of the City of Pittsburgh believes that the proposed conveyance is in the best interest of the City of Pittsburgh and the Three Taxing Bodies and desires to give its approval.
That execution of a Quit Claim Deed by and between the City of Pittsburgh and the Pittsburgh Board of Education for of Disposition Parcels Block 7-B-Lots 207B, 207C, 208A & 212, in the 21st Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, for the sum of $1.00.
