Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the total sum of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) in favor of Leann DeMuzzio and her attorney Monte J. Rabner, Esquire, releasing and discharging the City of Pittsburgh from all claims of liability and damages as described in the civil action filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania at SA 13-001035, charging same to 11101.58.58105.2014
