Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of City Planning of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to receive $22, 512.00 of insurance restitution monies, encumber, and enter into contract or contracts, agreement or agreements, professional service agreements or utilize existing contracts and other services to perform repair and re0installation of the Troy Hill WWI Monument, a piece within the City's artwork and monument collection. Cost not to exceed $22,512.00, chargeable to and payable from War Memorials and Public Art:
