Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant to be issued in the amount of Three Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-One Dollars and No Cents ($3,861.00) to Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, P.C., One Oxford Centre, 301 Grant St., 20^th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, for expert legal consulting services in connection with general labor advice and employment negotiations and charge the same code to 11101.53.53517.108000.2014.
