Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the Director of the Department of Finance to purchase the Lot and Block# 54-J-187 located at 341 Saline Street, 15207 from John & Virginia Ingoldsby in the amount of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000).  Funding will be available through the City of Pittsburgh’s Slope Failure Remediation capital funding.  The job number to be used for this Resolution is 4023910313.
