Resolution amending Resolution No. 554, effective August 12, 2013, entitled "Authorizing a cooperation agreement with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh designating URA as the City's agent in connection with a $882,990 Penn Works grant for the Lawrenceville Technology Center site owned by RIDC Southwestern Pennsylvania Growth Fund" by adding account numbers.  (Council District 7)

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      Section 1 of Resolution No. 554, effective August 12, 2013, which currently reads as follows:
 
"Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a cooperation agreement or agreements with URA, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, authorizing URA to execute an application for the Grant and all other documents and agreements necessary or appropriate to facilitate and assist in obtaining the Grant, designating URA as the City's agent for administration and implementation of the Grant, requiring compliance by URA with Penn Works requirements and providing for the disbursement of Grant funds by DCED directly to URA if permitted by DCED."
 
            is hereby amended to read as follows:
 
"Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a cooperation agreement or agreements with URA, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, authorizing URA to execute an application for the Grant and all other documents and agreements necessary or appropriate to facilitate and assist in obtaining the Grant, designating URA as the City's agent for administration and implementation of the Grant and requiring compliance by URA with Penn Works requirements. Grant funds received by the City shall be deposited to the following account:  8229400128.45505.00.
 
Section 2.      Resolution No. 554, effective August 12, 2013, is amended by adding the following new Section 2:
 
"Section 2.      Grant funds received by the City from DCED shall be paid to URA from the following account:  8229400128.50000.00.
