Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      Section 1 of Resolution No. 342, effective June 2, 2014, which presently reads as follows:
 
"The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to execute a Maintenance and Ownership Agreement ("Agreement") with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation detailing ownership and maintenance responsibilities for the PA Route 28 Roadway improvements.  The Agreement will be approved by the City Solicitor and will contain terms and conditions for the protection of the City of Pittsburgh, subject to City Council's final approval."
 
is hereby repealed in its entirety.
