Title
Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a grant agreement with The Pittsburgh Foundation to receive $130,000 in funding to support the operations of the Bureau of Neighborhood Empowerment.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a Grant Agreement with The Pittsburgh Foundation for the receipt of grant monies in the amount of one hundred thirty thousand dollars ($130,000). These funds will be used to support the operations of the Bureau of Neighborhood Empowerment by providing salary support for the Bureau's Chiefs and Managers. The Grant Agreement shall be approved as to form and substance by the City Solicitor and monies shall be deposited into the JDE# 0229400131.48311.00 for Budget Year 2014.
The Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby further authorized to enter into agreement or agreements, contract or contracts, and to make all legitimate expenditures required under the terms and conditions of the Grant Agreement with The Pittsburgh Foundation outlined in Section 1 of this resolution. Said agreement or agreements, contract or contracts, or expenditures shall not exceed one hundred thirty thousand ($130,000.00) chargeable to and payable from the JDE# 0229400131.50000.00 for Budget Year 2014.
