Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign two (2) separate warrants, one in the sum of Eleven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($11,500.00) in favor of Duquesne Light Company  and one in the amount of Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($7,500.00) in favor of Verizon Pennsylvania, L.L.C., both c/o Mark Hamilton, Esquire, Tucker Arensberg, P.C., 1500 One PPG Place, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, releasing and discharging the City of Pittsburgh from all liability arising from any and all claims in the civil action filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania at AR 13-002940, and Verizon's claim (City of Pittsburgh Claim File No. 13-93) charging same to 11101.58.58105.108000.2014.
