Title
Resolution providing that the City of Pittsburgh enter into a Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contract(s) with eCivis, Inc. for annual access, maintenance and support of web-based grants software to increase the City's capacity to research, apply for and manage grants and providing for the payment of the costs thereof. Cost not to exceed $125,327.00 over three years.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contracts in a form authorized by the City Solicitor in order to provide for compensation in the amount of one hundred and twenty-five thousand three hundred and twenty-seven dollars ($125,327.00), chargeable to and payable from Account Code: 11101.53.53509.107000.2014 $52,109.00, Account Code: 11101.53.53509.102200.2015 $36,609.00, and11101.53.53509.102200.2016 $36,609.00.
Section 2. The City Controller shall encumber funds for the annual contract, subject to the amount of funds to be appropriated by City Council in respective budget year from the following chart account:
