Resolution requesting the approval of an inter-municipal transfer of restaurant liquor license, License No. R-14435 from Big Plan Services, Inc., 1597 Washington Pike Unit A-56, Bridgeville, PA 15017, to the Applicant Marty's Market, LLC which is proposing to add a liquor license to its existing Market and Café located at 2301 Smallman Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, restaurant known as Marty's Market, pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, §4-461.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby endorses the request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R -14435 from Big Plan Services, Inc., to the Applicant Marty's Market, LLC., for the premises located at 2301 Smallman Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, known as Marty's Market, pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, §4-461.
Section 2. Request for Approval
Marty's, Market LLC - which has a mailing address of 2301 Smallman Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, submitted a request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No.R-14435, which is currently registered to Big Plan Services, Inc., 1597 Washington Pike Unit A-56, Bridgeville, PA. 15017. Marty's Market, LLC., desires to place that restaurant liquor license into premises known as and numbered 2301 Smallman Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. The proposed interior of the premises will comprise approximately 15,500 Rentable Square Feet of floor area.
Section 3. Public Hearing
City Council shall set a date for Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving comments and recommendations of interested individuals residing in the City of Pittsburgh concerning Marty's Market, LLC., intent to transfer the above restaurant liquor license.
