Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation and Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts with Qscend Technologies, Inc. in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for the purpose of purchasing Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) software services necessary for the operations of the City's 311 Response Line for a period of three years (2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017) at a cost not to exceed Seventy Three Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($73,200.00) in 2014 and Forty Four Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($44,700.00) in 2015 and 2016 for services provided through the term of the contract ending in 2017 chargeable to and payable from Department of Innovation and Performance, Account 1030000.55201, Fund 11101, Budget Year 2014, 2015 and 2016
Section 2. The City Controller shall encumber funds for the 2014, 2015, and 2016 contract years from and subject appropriation by City Council in respective budget years.
