Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Elliot Newman, Arbitrator, 687 State Route 30, Clinton, PA 15026, in an amount not to exceed Three Thousand Nine Hundred Seventeen Dollars and No Cents ($3,917.00)  for payment of professional services rendered in in City of Pittsburgh/FOP, Fort Pitt Lodge No. 1, Grievances regarding Officer Garrett Brown and regarding Shift Differential, chargeable to and payable from Organization 11101.53.53517.108000.2014
