Resolution amending Resolution No. 391, effective July 9, 2012 entitled “Resolution providing for a contract(s) or an agreement(s) with the Northside Leadership Conference for housing and development services on Lanark Street in the Fineview neighborhood and on Woodland and Shadeland Avenues in the Brightwood and providing for the payment of the cost thereof; cost shall not exceed $225,000.00” so as to transfer the projects from the Department of City Planning to the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh and authorize a cooperation agreement with URA.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 391, effective July 9, 2012, is amended as follows:
“Section 1. The Director of the Department of City Planning on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into a contract(s) or an agreement(s) in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Northside Leadership Conference for housing and development services in two locations;
1. Lanark Street in the Fineview neighborhood at a cost of $100,000
2. Woodland and Shadeland Avenues in the Brightwood neighborhood at a cost of $125,000.
The total cost shall not exceed Two Hundred and Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($225,000), chargeable to and payable from the following job numbers;
Fineview Housing $100,000 1126743112
Woodland Shadeland Housing $125,000 1126742712”
“Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a cooperation agreement or agreements with Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (“URA”), in a form approved by the City Solicitor, transferring $225,000.00 to URA and authorizing URA to enter into a contract(s) or an agreement(s) with the Northside Leadership Conference for housing and development services in two locations:
1. Lanark Street in the Fineview neighborhood at a cost of $100,000
2. Woodland and Shadeland Avenues in the Brightwood neighborhood at a co...
