Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      The Mayor and the Directors of the Departments of Public Works, Finance, and City Planning are authorized to enter into revocable License Agreement or Agreements with GTECH Strategies to provide green-space improvements for up to six vacant City-owned sites as part of its ReClaim South Project (the "Project"). Each License Agreement shall include a term of no longer than two (2) year(s), to be agreed upon by the parties.

The Project names listed above were selected by GTECH and are not official City names or designations for the sites.  Projects shall be subject to prior approval by the Art Commission and/or may require zoning approvals, as applicable.  All License Agreement(s) are subject to the approval of the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
