Resolution vacating a portion of Cielo Lane, aka 20 Foot Unnamed Way/Fingal Street in the 19th Ward, 2nd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

WHEREAS, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that the owners of all the property fronting or abutting on the line of Cielo Lane, aka 20 Foot Unnamed Way/Fingal Street in the 19th Ward, 2nd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, have petitioned the council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact a resolution for the vacation of same, and
WHEREAS, said petition contains inter-alia, an indemnification of the city from any claims and from the payment of any damages whatsoever resulting to any properties owned by the petitioners or by and persons whatsoever, abutting or non-abutting, for or by reason of said vacation; therefore
That vacating Cielo Lane, aka 20 Foot Unnamed Way/Fingal Street in the 19th Ward, 2nd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh as described above shall be and the same is hereby vacated.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. All that certain portion of Cielo Lane, aka 20 foot Unnamed Way/Fingal Street, to be vacated, situated in the 19th Ward, 2nd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bound and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northwesterly right of way line of Cielo Lane, aka 20 foot Unnamed Way/Fingal Street, 20.00 feet wide, at the line dividing lands now or formerly of Paul J. Gitnik and Gene L. Svrcek and lands now or formerly of Joseph R. and Ruth Ann Martinelli; thence from said point of beginning by the northwesterly right of way line of Cielo Lane, aka 20 foot Unnamed Way/Fingal Street N 29º 02' 00” E a distance of 100.00 feet to a point on the northerly terminus of Cielo Lane, aka 20 foot Unnamed Way/Fingal Street, thence by the northerly terminus of Cielo Lane, aka 20 foot Unnamed Way/Fin...
