Resolution further amending Resolution No. 796, effective, January 1, 2014, as amended, entitled "Adopting and approving the 2014 Capital Budget and the 2014 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2014 through 2019 Capital Improvement Program," by transferring $597,777.00 in PAYGO funds from the "TIP Revolving Fund" line item to the "Reconstruction of Forbes Avenue , Phase 1B" line item.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 796, effective, January 1, 2014, as amended, which presently reads as per Attachment 1,
is hereby amended to read as per Attachment 2.
Section 2. In all other respects, Resolution No. 796, effective, January 1, 2014, as amended, remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
