Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor Liadis Engineering and Surveying, Inc. Pittsburgh, PA 15216, in an amount not to exceed Two Thousand Eighty-Five Dollars and No Cents, ($2,085.00), said amount representing payment for professional services rendered in connection with Ronald J. Kleppick v. City of Pittsburgh, Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County   Pennsylvania at Civil Action No. GD11-10771, chargeable to and payable from Organization 11101.53.53517.108000.2014
