Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant to be issued in the total sum of Six Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-one Dollars and 00/100 ($6,671.00), in favor of Barry W. Fox & Associates, Inc., 2013 Alberta Drive, Pittsburgh, PA  15129, for payment of professional services rendered in Jordan Miles vs. City of Pittsburgh, et al., United States District Court, No. 2:10 cv 01135 GLL and charging same to 11101.53.53517.108000.2014.
