Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 222, effective April 9, 2013, which presently reads as follows:

“The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of Finance and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into agreements with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, in form approved by the City Solicitor, providing for a $1,600,000.00 grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation and with various for-profit corporations and non-profit agencies providing for $1,400,000.00 in grants from various for-profit corporations and non-profit agencies for the implementation and procurement of materials for the Bike Share Program.

Grant funds shall be deposited to the following accounts:
