Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. For the Area bounded by: North Mathilda Street, between Alhambra Way to Gem Way; North Millvale Avenue, between Broad Street and Penn Avenue; Dearborn Street, between North Mathilda Street and North Millvale Avenue.
IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
