Resolution amending Resolution No. 145, effective April 2, 2014, entitled: Amending the Capital Budget and providing for the filing of a Community Development statement by the City of Pittsburgh with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for a grant in connection with the 2013 Community Development Block Grant Program; providing for the execution of grant contracts and for the filing of other data providing for required assurances; providing for execution of payment vouchers on letter of credit and for certification of authorized signature; the deposit of the funds in a bank account and providing for the payment of expenses within categories, so as to reprogram funds within City Council from: “Angel's Place” (-$1,000.00) “New Hope for Neighborhood Renewal” (-$1,000.00), “District 1 Community Based Organizations” (-$5,000.00) and “Family House” (-$2,000.00) and transfer these funds to “Northside Leadership Conference/NS Senior Program” (+$2,000.00), “Northside Leadership Conference” (+$5,000.00) and “Tree of Hope” (+$2,000.00).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows;
Section 1. Amending Resolution No. 145, effective April 2, 2014, which presently reads as follows:
The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh is hereby authorized to designate, for use by the City Controller, the following program categories for the 2013 Community Development Block Grant Program.
City Council 1,282,500.00
City Planning 2,325,000.00
Human Relations Commission 35,000.00
Mayor's Office 675,000.00
Parks & Recreation 1,050,000.00
Equal Opportunity Review Commission 50,000.00
Personnel & Civil Service 950,000.00
Public Safety 450,000.00
Public Works 3,471,143.00
Urban Redevelopment Authority 3,050,000.00
TOTAL 13,338,643.00
