Title
Resolution further amending Resolution No. 772, effective, January 1, 2013, as amended, entitled "Adopting and approving the 2013 Capital Budget and the 2013 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2013 through 2017 Capital Improvement Program," by transferring $600,000.00 in BOND funds from the "Wenzell Avenue and Carnahan Road" line item and transferring $125,050.00 in BOND funds from the "City Signal Update" line item and creating the "CBD (Central Business District) Signal Upgrades" line item in the amount of $725,050.00 BOND.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 772, effective January 1, 2013, as amended, which presently reads as per Attachment 1,
is hereby amended to read as per Attachment 2.
Section 2. In all other respects, Resolution No. 772, effective, January 1, 2013, as amended, remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
