Title

Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Department of Parks and Recreation to enter into a License Agreement with the Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh, St. Catherine of Sienna Parish parking lot located at Broadway Avenue and Belasco Street for a 2014 Farmers' Market.   

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows;

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation are authorized to enter into a License Agreement with the Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh, St. Catherine of Sienna Parish parking lot located at Broadway Avenue and Belasco Street for the 2014 Farmers' Market for $1 and no additional rental charge to the City.  The Agreement shall be in form and substance approved by the City Solicitor.
