Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Pepper Hamilton, LLP, 500 Grant Street, Suite 5000 Pittsburgh, PA 15219, in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars, ($110,000.00), said amount representing payment in connection with currently pending litigation in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania at Civil Action No. 12-1600 regarding community development grants and related federal funds, chargeable to and payable from Organization 11101.53.53517.108000.2014
