Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.        The Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, and the Director of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh in a form approved by the City Solicitor, providing for the transfer of $9,900 by the URA to the City to pay for the costs to construct and install the street name signs for the Penn Circle Renaming project.
