Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a Five Thousand Four Hundred Dollar ($5,400.00) warrant in favor of John M. Skonier, Esquire, 2417 Oakland Avenue, Norristown, PA 19403, for payment of professional services rendered in the Act 111 Interest Arbitration (Residency) between the City of Pittsburgh and the Fraternal Order of Police, Case No. 55 360 L 00341 04, charging same to 11101.53.53513.108000.2014.
