Resolution further amending and supplementing Resolution No. 855 of 2011, entitled “adopting and approving the 2012 capital budget and the 2012-2017 Capital Improvement Program” by transferring $5,000 from District 6 Neighborhood Initiative to Pittsburgh Community Reinvestment Group/Pittsburgh Downtown Community Development Corporation in Council District 6 Neighborhood Needs for the purpose of lighting street trees on Sixth Street.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Amending and supplementing Resolution No. 855 of 2011 transferring $5,000 from District 6 Neighborhood Initiative to PCRG/Pittsburgh Downtown CDC as per “Revised Budget” column.
