Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the total sum of Eight Thousand Sixty Dollars ($8,060.00) in favor of Gleason & Associates, PC, One Gateway Center, Suite 525, 420 Fort Duquesne Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA 15222-1402, for payment of professional services rendered in Raymond Burke, et al. vs. City of Pittsburgh, Common Pleas Court of Allegheny County, No. GD11-008932, for personal injuries and damages arising from a vehicular accident, on or about June 12, 2009, at the intersection of Crawford Street and Centre Avenue, charging same to 11101.58.53513.108000.2014.
