Title

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      Within the area bounded by: Alder Street, from Carron Way to Emerson Street and from South Highland Avenue to Lamont Place, and the north block face to Spahr Street; Emerson Street, from Sellers Street to Ellsworth Avenue; Carron Way, from Alder Street to Ellsworth Avenue; Yardly Way, from Alder Street to Ellsworth Avenue; South Highland Avenue Bridge; and Swope Street, from Ellsworth Avenue to its end.
 
IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ:
 
Within the area bounded by: Alder Street, from Carron Way to Emerson Street and from South Highland Avenue to Lamont Place, and the north block face to Spahr Street; Emerson Street, from Sellers Street to Ellsworth Avenue; Carron Way, from Alder Street to Ellsworth Avenue; Yardly Way, from Alder Street to Ellsworth Avenue; South Highland Avenue Bridge; and Swope Street, from Ellsworth Avenue to its end; Lehigh Avenue, from Alder Street to Elwood Street; Stratton Lane, from Walnut Street to Howe Street; Emerson Street, from Howe Street to Kentucky Avenue; Kentucky Avenue, from Emerson Street to Shady Avenue.
