Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Director of the Department of Finance and the Director of the Department of Innovation and Performance are authorized to issue requests for quotations (RFQ) or requests for proposals (RFP) and to further enter into a contract or agreement with OpenGov for the purpose of procuring an Open Government Financial System, in a cost not to exceed twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) chargeable to and payable from:
