Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $11,800.00 warrant in favor of Yuanshu Liao, 3305 Trappers Cove Trail, Lansing, MI  48910, in settlement of a claim for a damaged vehicle due to felled City tree branches from a tree in Schenley Park, adjacent to Frew Street, on November 18, 2013, charging same to Code 11101.58.58105.108000.2014.
