Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant to be issued in the total sum of Eleven Thousand Dollars ($11,000.00), in favor of Constantine Kafantaris, releasing and discharging the City of Pittsburgh and Charles Lukitsch from direct liability in any and all claims filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania filed at GD 08-015446, and charge the same code to 11101.58.58105.108000.2014.
