Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $5,749.94 warrant in favor of Duquesne Light Company, c/o Carolyn K. Cingel, Claims Specialist, 411 Seventh Avenue, Mail Drop 16-1, Pittsburgh, PA  15219, in settlement of a claim for a damaged wood light pole by a City of Pittsburgh, Environmental Services Refuse truck on July 5, 2013 on Renova Street near the intersection with Second Avenue, charging same to Code 11101.58.58105.108000.2014.
