Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement/Agreements and Contract/Contracts or for use of existing Agreement(s) or Contract(s), with the Community Design Center Urban Redevelopment Authority to conduct a study to re-purpose three closed public schools in Council District 2, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, at a cost not to exceed $150,000.00, chargeable and payable from the following accounts:
