Body
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1.   
 
Resolution No. 761 of 2012, effective December 14, 2012, and Resolution No. 539 of 2013, effective August 12, 2013, are hereby amended to authorize the City to spend up to an additional Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) for closing and other auxiliary costs involved with the City's purchase of property located in the 19th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh at 1553 Broadway Avenue (Lot/Block 35-G-26) from Clement M. Okoye and to revise the object account references for all funding sources. The purchase price, closing costs, and other associated auxiliary costs as stipulated in said Agreement or Agreements (collectively the "Acquisition Costs") shall not exceed Three Hundred and Sixty-Three Thousand Dollars ($363,000). Monies allocated for the Acquisition Costs shall be payable as follows:
