Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1 of Resolution No. 599, effective September 24, 2013, is hereby amended to read as follows:
 
The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign warrants in the total sum of $3,871.83, payable as follows:  in the sum of $3,287.93 in favor of Edgar C. Lee, 356 Renova Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15207, $78.81 in favor of the City Treasurer and $505.09 in favor of Jordan Tax Service; releasing and discharging the City of Pittsburgh from direct liability in any and all claims in the civil action filed at MJ-05236-CV-000077-2013 in the Magisterial District Court 05-2-36, and arising from an alleged incident on March 25, 2013 in the City of Pittsburgh.
