Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $16,133.40 warrant in favor of Allegheny Union Pittsburgh Project, LLC, c/o Armstrong Development Properties, 1370 Washington Pike, Suite 305, Bridgeville, PA  15017, in settlement of a claim for reimbursement for sidewalk damage from City tree roots at 1860 Centre Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA  15219, charging same to Code 11101.58.58105.108000.2014.
