Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Personnel to make all required expenditures related to the Severance Incentive Program

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission is hereby authorized to make all necessary expenditures related to the Severance Incentive Program, chargeable to and payable from the following operating account in the Department of Personnel & Civil Service Commission:
JDE Fund 1101, General Fund
Years 2014 & 2015
Organization 109000, Personnel & Civil Service Commission
JDE Account number 52607, 2014 Severance Incentive Program
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission is only authorized to make necessary disbursements related to the Severance Incentive Program up to the amount authorized by the 2014 and 2015 Operating Budgets.
