Title

Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh City Code, Title One, Administrative, Article Three, Organization, Chapter 147, Department of Equal Opportunity.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      

CHAPTER 147: - DEPARTMENT OF NEIGHBORHOOD EMPOWERMENT AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AND REVIEW

§ 147.01 - PERSONNEL DIRECTOR AS HEAD.

The Department of Neighborhood Empowerment and Equal Opportunity shall be under the charge of the Director of Neighborhood Empowerment and Equal Opportunity and Review and shall report directly to the Mayor.

§ 147.02 - ORGANIZATION.

The Department of Neighborhood Empowerment and Equal Opportunity and Review shall be organized as provided in Chapter §177A of this Title.

§ 147.03 - POWERS AND DUTIES OF DIRECTOR OF NEIGHBORHOOD EMPOWERMENT AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AND REVIEW.

The Director of Neighborhood Empowerment and Equal Opportunity and Review shall have the powers and duties as set forth in Chapter 177A of this Title.
