Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a Three Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Five dollar ($3,375.00) warrant in favor of John F. Delaney, M.D., 1380 Old Freeport Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15238, for payment of professional services rendered in Raymond Burke, et al. vs. City of Pittsburgh, Common Pleas Court of Allegheny County, No. GD11-008932, arising from an alleged incident that occurred on June 12, 2009, charging same to 11101.53.53513.108000.2014.
