Resolution vacating a portion of Pringle Street between Noblestown Road and a 10' Unnamed Way in the 28th Ward, 2nd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

WHEREAS, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that the owners of all the property fronting or abutting on the line of Pringle Street in the 28th Ward, 2nd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, have petitioned the council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact a resolution for the vacation of same, and

WHEREAS, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that the owners of all the property fronting or abutting on the line of Pringle Street in the 28th Ward, 2nd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, have petitioned the council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact a resolution for the vacation of same, and

WHEREAS, said petition contains inter-alia, an indemnification of the City from any claims and from the payment of any damages whatsoever resulting to any properties owned by the petitioners or by any persons whatsoever, abutting or non-abutting, for or by reason of said vacation; therefore

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. That vacating a portion of Pringle Street as described: All certain lot or piece of ground situate in the 28th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, county of Allegheny and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being a portion of an unopened portion of Pringle Street located between lots No. 36, 37, 39, 40 and 41 in the Osage Park Plan of lots as of record in the Recorders Office of Allegheny County in Plan Book volume 18, page 73 bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the Southeast corner of Block & Lot No. 67-R-230 being Lot No. 36 in the Osage Park Plan at the intersection of Pringle Street with Noblestown Road; thence along the Eastern line of the Lot No. 36 with the Western...
