Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Director of the Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into a Agreement with the Southwest Pennsylvania Emergency Response Group (Region 13) for the purpose of receiving grant funding not to exceed $47,380.00 to reimburse the City for personnel expenses for an Emergency Management Planner/Specialist.  

Grant monies will be deposited into the following account:  11101.51.51101.210000.2014

The Grant Agreement shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
