Resolution providing for the acceptance by the City of Pittsburgh from Ari I. and Karen H. Lightman of certain property in the 14th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh for public purpose to become part of the Nine Mile Greenway.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor, the Director of the Department of Finance and the Acting Director of the Parks and Recreation Department on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to accept a deed from Ari I. and Karen H. Lightman conveying vacant land in the 14th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh to become part of the Nine Mile Run Greenway.
The property is described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT or piece of ground situate in the 14th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being Lot No. 23 in the Plan of Lots known as Park Edge Acres, the same being of record in the Recorders Office of Allegheny County in the Plan Book Volume 32, page 91, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING on the Southern line of Fernwald Road, 40 feet wide, at a point on the dividing line between Lot No. 23 and 24 in the above mentioned Park Edge Acres Plan of lots; thence along said dividing line Southwest a distance of 149.81 feet to a point on Zama Road, 40 feet wide; thence Westerly along the Northern line of Zama Road a distance of 43.22 feet to a point on the dividing line between Lot 23 and 22 in said Plan; thence Nortwest along said dividing line a distance of 158.91 feet to a point on the Southerly line of Fernwald Road; thence Easterly along Fernwald Road a distance of 45.0 feet to a point on the dividing line between Lot 23 and 24 at the PLACE OF BEGINNING. Containing 6,671 square feet of area.
BEING designated as Block and Lot No. 128-N-26 in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
