Resolution providing for the acceptance by the City of Pittsburgh from the Estate of Elizabeth Ann Yallum of certain property in the 12th ward of the City of Pittsburgh for public purpose to become part of the space plan of Larimer Area Redevelopment adjacent to Highland Park on the Negley Run Area.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor, the Director of the Department of Finance and the Director of the Parks and Recreation Department on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to accept a deed from the Estate of Elizabeth Ann Yallum conveying vacant land on the 12th ward of the City of Pittsburgh to become part of the Open Space Plan of the Larimer Area Redevelopment adjacent to Highland Park in the Negley Run Area.
The property is described as follows:
All that certain lot or piece of ground situate in the 12th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being founded and described as follows:
Beginning at the Southern corner of block 124-F, Lot 126 acing the corner of Orphan Street and a 10 foot unnamed way, thence Northward along the Eastern line of said unnamed way North 25045' West of distance of 115.5 feet to a point thence Eastwardly North 39030' East of distance 26 feet of a point on the dividing lane with parcel 124-F-125; thence Southerly along said line South 25045' East a distance of 110.5 to a point in the Northerly line of Orphan Street; thence Westerly along the Northern line of Orphan Street South 39030' West of distance of 26 feet to a point at the place of beginning containing 2,727 square feet of area. Being designated as Block 124-F, Lot 126 in the Deed Registry of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
Being the same property conveyed to Elizabeth Ann Yallum by deed from Anna Yallum, widow, dated May 16, 1964 and recorded in Deed Book Volume 4119, page 122. They said Eli...
