Title
Resolution changing the names of various streets in the East Liberty neighborhood as per recommendation by the City of Pittsburgh Addressing Committee (CPAC). The names of Penn Circle North, Penn Circle South, Penn Circle East, Penn Circle West, and a portion of Collins Street shall be renamed in accordance With the Pittsburgh Code, Title Four, Public Places and Property, Chapter 420 Uniform Street Naming and Addressing.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That the name of Penn Circle South, along its entire length, shall be and the same hereby changed to CENTRE AVENUE; the name of Penn Circle East, along its entire length, shall be and the same is hereby changed to CENTRE AVENUE; the name of Collins Street (aka Collins Avenue, aka Negley Run Boulevard; as per previous legislation), between Station Street and East Liberty Boulevard, shall be and the same is hereby changed to CENTRE AVENUE; the name of Penn Circle North, along its entire length, shall be and the same is hereby changed to STATION STREET; the name of Penn Circle West, between Penn Avenue and Rural Street, shall be and the same is hereby changed to NORTH EUCLID AVENUE; the name of Penn Circle West, between Centre Avenue and Penn Avenue, shall be and the same is hereby changed to SOUTH EUCLID AVENUE; all in the Seventh, Eighth, and Eleventh Wards of the City of Pittsburgh.
