Resolution amending Resolution 612, effective 9-24-2013, entitled, "Resolution requesting the approval of an inter-municipal transfer of restaurant liquor license, License No. R-4496 from The Estate of Gloria B. Payne, 7714 Edgewood Avenue, Swissvale, PA 15218, to the Applicant, PAFC, Ltd., for the premises located at 308 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, §4-461" by changing the name of the Applicant from PAFC, Ltd. to Penn Avenue Fish Company, Inc.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That Resolution 612, effective 9-24-2013, is hereby amended as follows:
"Section 1. The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby endorses the request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-4496 from The Estate of Gloria B. Payne, 7714 Edgewood Avenue, Swissvale, PA 15218, to the Applicant, PAFC, Ltd Penn Avenue Fish Company, Inc. for the premises located at 308 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, known as Penn Avenue Fish Co. restaurant pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, §4-461.
Section 2. Request for Approval
PAFC, Ltd. - which has a mailing address of 308 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, submitted a request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-4496, which is currently registered to The Estate of Gloria B. Payne, 7714 Edgewood Avenue, Swissvale, PA 15218. PAFC, Ltd Penn Avenue Fish Company, Inc. desires to place a restaurant liquor license into premises known as "Penn Avenue Fish Co." and numbered 308 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. The proposed interior of the premises will comprise approximately 1,400 square feet of floor area.
