Title
Resolution further amending and supplementing Resolution No. 855 of 2011, entitled “adopting and approving the 2012 capital budget and the 2012-2017 Capital Improvement Program” by transferring $100,000 to East Liberty Development Inc for the purpose of hiring a consultant and doing minor capital projects, and further transferring the remaining unspent funds into a District 9 Neighborhood Needs holding fund.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. AMENDING and supplementing Resolution No. 855 of 2011 by making the following changes to City Council, District 9 Neighborhood Needs projects as per “Revised Budget” column.
